MelFit 2 Week Mini Meal Prep Nutrition Plan©

I highly recommend completing my 8 Week Just Start Program before completing this plan.  The 8 Week Just start program will give you the foundation you need to succeed.   I created this plan for anyone who wants to get a “taste” of what my 12 Week Bootcamp looks like.  You will receive the same support, motivation, and accountability that we offer on our 12 Week Bootcamp.  We will provide you 2 weeks of meal plans along with shopping lists and recipes.  You will prep your food on Sunday and enjoy 3 healthy meals, a snack, and a dessert everyday.  You will be allowed 1 free day each week.  This day can be on any day of the week and can even include alcohol.  We will require that you complete 3 of our Melfit 25 minute workouts each week.   We will be supporting you each week and measuring your progress by weight, inches, and how you are feeling overall.  Our hopes for you is that you enjoy our program so much you want to dive into our 12 Week Bootcamp!  That is where the real results happen!  You can lose up to 25 pounds in 12 Weeks.  

What can you expect to happen in 2 Weeks?

Clearer skin, better digestion, more energy, and the basic knowledge of what meal prepping is all about.  I feel very strongly about the fact that it all starts with food!  You can work out 7 days a week, but if you don’t change your food you will never lose weight.  I am an educator  and I pride myself on giving you all the tools you need for longterm success.  Melfit is a healthy lifestyle app.  We are changing lives by educating our client about portions, ingredients, anti-inflammatory foods, and exercise.   I am so excited for you to purchase this plan and see what so many other Melfit clients are talking about!  It is so amazing to teach clients how I live a happy and healthy lifestyle without deprivation.  I picked 2 of my favorite weeks out of my 12 Week Bootcamp for you to sample!  You are going to love the food and you will not be hungry.  I have all the calories, macros, and portions all figured out for you to lose inflammation and inches forever!

Q: Do I need to be on the Melfit App to do your plan?

A: Yes, you must be an app subscriber to complete our plan.  The app fee is $29.99.  You can cancel anytime after the plan is over. 
 Our hope is that  you will value the information in our app and continue as a Melfit subscriber.

Q: Do I need a gym membership to complete your workouts?

A: No, you need a set of dumbbells, a mat, and a positive attitude. 

Q:  Do you give modifications for your workouts?

A: Yes, we give beginner and  intermediate modifications.

Q: Do I need to know how to cook?

A: No, we teach you how to cook via my instructional videos.

Q:  Will I have access to this plan after the 2 Weeks if up?

A: Yes, as long as you are an app subscriber you will have access to the plan you purchased.

Q: How much time do I need to prepare prior to starting my 2 Weeks?

A: At least a few days to shop, send pictures, measurements, and prep food.
