This plan is perfect for anyone who is ready to start their health and fitness journey at a slower pace, or anyone who has plateaued and needs a reset.
During a period of 8 weeks you will learn the most beneficial information that I give my Nutrition Clients. I charge $100/hr for Nutrition Coaching. If you were a studio client, 8 weeks of Coaching would cost you $800.00. The value of this plan is unbelievable! Just the information in the digestion section of my plan would save most peoples life. I was paying $300/week for Colonics until I figured out a way to relieve constipation naturally for the rest of my life.
The knowledge that has gone into my plans is 20 years of my research.
I put every client through this plan before starting meal prepping and regular exercise. If you don’t crawl before you walk, you will fail! If you want to work out during this plan before week 8, which is the week we start exercising, you may.
You have to get the fundamentals down FIRST to achieve true success.
It’s kind of like a Dr. Did he or she just become a Dr. overnight? No, they started from the bottom and educated their way to the top. Health and Fitness is the same. This is why people fail. They try to move to the top too quickly and their plans are too rigid and they quickly get frustrated and fail.
To reach true success you have to start at the bottom. Learn the right way. Learn the only way to achieve true weight loss and maintain forever. Once you get the fundamentals down, you can move on to my Melfit 12 Week Bootcamp, which I open up after this plan.
